  • Orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Custom-made and bulk/wholesale orders may take additional processing time depending on the quantity and design requirements.

  • You will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message once your order is processed.

2. Shipping Timeline

  • Standard delivery within India: 5–10 business days.

  • For remote or rural locations, delivery may take longer.

  • Bulk/wholesale orders: Delivery timelines will be informed during order confirmation.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on order weight, size, and delivery location.

  • Any applicable charges will be displayed at checkout.

  • Free shipping offers may be available on certain promotional periods or minimum purchase amounts.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/WhatsApp.

  • You can use this ID to track your shipment on our courier partner’s website.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product.

  • In case of lost packages, we will coordinate with the courier company to resolve the issue.

6. International Shipping

  • Currently, we primarily ship within India.
